Vincent Poulingue brings over two decades of international luxury hospitality expertise to the Rue Saint-Honoré landmark. He joins the property from the historic Hôtel du Palais Biarritz. With an MBA in International Hospitality Management from IMHI (Cornell University–ESSEC Business School), Poulingue’s career spans notable leadership tenures with Hyatt’s The Unbound Collection, InterContinental Hotels Group, and Barrière Group across France, Portugal, Switzerland, and French Polynesia.
Widely respected for his ability to successfully reposition heritage properties, Poulingue’s international perspective matches Mandarin Oriental’s core philosophy of blending global brand prestige with local cultural authenticity.
