The dinner buffet at Boneka Restaurant was a culinary adventure, a feast for the senses. Inspired by Indonesia’s puppet theater, the restaurant offered a vibrant array of Asian and international flavors. From succulent satays and aromatic rendang to delicate sushi rolls and creamy French pastries, the buffet was a cornucopia of culinary delights. The vibrant atmosphere, complete with live music and cultural performances, added to the enchanting experience. It was a true celebration of Indonesian hospitality and culinary artistry.

The Astor Brunch at Kayuputi Restaurant within the St. Regis Bali was an iconic culinary experience. It began with an exquisite amuse-bouche of caviar paired with a savory sea urchin custard, setting the stage for a symphony of flavors. The a la carte menu was a masterpiece, and the Foie Gras Pot-au-Feu with its delicate mushroom dumpling and caramelized onion bouillon was a standout. To conclude this gastronomic journey, the Kintamani coffee, infused with the richness of Jembrana chocolate and the zest of Bali orange, was a delightful culmination.

My dining experience at Dulang Restaurant was a true immersion into the heart of Balinese culture. The “Rijsttafel,” a traditional royal feast, was a visual and culinary spectacle. As I savored the exquisite flavors, the melodic sounds of Rindik music filled the air, complemented by the graceful movements of Balinese dancers. Iridium Spa
The Balinese massage at Iridium Spa was a true journey of relaxation. For 60 minutes, I was enveloped in a world of tranquility as the skilled therapist’s hands expertly guided me through a traditional Balinese massage. The combination of skin rolling, acupressure, and foot massage was incredibly soothing, leaving my body feeling renewed and rejuvenated. This was an experience that truly embodied the essence of relaxation and left me feeling refreshed and revitalized.
