First Impression

Stepping into HOSHINOYA Bali felt like discovering a hidden realm within Ubud’s lush embrace. Surrounded by verdant jungles and cascading terraced rice fields, the location immediately exuded an air of profound tranquility and seclusion. This sanctuary promised a unique experience, hinting at spiritual and material pleasures drawn from Bali’s lesser-known cultural nuances. The gentle sounds of nature and the serene atmosphere created an immediate sense of escape, a promise of authentic Balinese immersion infused with an understated elegance. My first impression was one of profound peace and intriguing discovery.

Authentic Japanese Sukiyaki Dining Experience
My Sukiyaki dining experience at HOSHINOYA Bali Restaurant was a revelation of Japanese culinary artistry. Perched with a captivating view, the restaurant offered the perfect ambiance to indulge in this gastronomic delight. Executive Chef Mitsuaki Senoo’s expertise shone through in every element, from the premium sliced beef striploin to the delicate vegetables and silken tofu. The rich Warishita, a symphony of soy sauce, sugar, and mirin, imparted a sweet fragrance and profound umami. Dipping each morsel into the creamy Onsen-Tamago elevated the experience to another level. This hot pot was truly second to none, a testament to HOSHINOYA’s commitment to culinary excellence.
